Amaco Deep Firebrick is glaze 9 in the series of commercial glaze tests. As the name says, it is a deep brick red gloss that will break over heavy texture, especially on white clays. It's a long time ceramist favorite in the Potter's Choice line. Dipped for 3 seconds, fired to cone 5 1/2 on Kentucky Mudworks and Standard (112) clays.
