Amaco Copper Red is #5 in the commercial glaze test tiles. Very much like its counterpart Amaco Flambe, but with more red than blue / purple hues. I applied it too lightly in this test, more color would show up with heavier / more coats, especially with darker clays. I applied a 3-count dip to these pieces, and fired to cone 5 1/2. Clays are from KyMudworks and Standard clay (112).
